My triathlon at PD this year i did better at swimming. But was very tired from cycling and running. papa didn’t follow me this time and only watch me. he said want me to do on my own and see if i can push all by myself. next year will try again now i got new bicycle.

my second performance at taekwando. last year, i didn’t get anything. this year, i did taggert 8 and got no 5 placing. this time, i use more power in my kick, punch and blocks. i have been practising everyday since my instructor told us about this demonstration. papa so proud of me.
